From Screening to Safety: Implementing the AL-STEADI Initiative in Assisted Living Communities

This study is testing a fall prevention program called AL-STEADI designed for older adults living in assisted living communities who are at risk of falling. If it works well, it may help reduce the number of falls and injuries that happen in these settings, improving safety and quality of life. Participants will be followed for 12 months to see how effective the program is in real-world conditions.

Cannabidiol for Postoperative Opioid Reduction in Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty

This Phase 2 trial is exploring whether cannabidiol, or CBD, can help reduce the need for opioid pain medications after knee replacement surgery. If successful, this approach might provide an alternative way to manage post-surgical pain while lowering the risks linked to opioid use. The study is recruiting adults in the United States who are undergoing knee arthroplasty.

A Trial to Investigate the Safety and Efficacy of Intra-articular 4P004 Injection in Subjects With Knee Synovitis and Osteoarthritis

This international Phase 2 trial is testing a single injection called 4P004 for people who have knee osteoarthritis along with synovitis, which is inflammation inside the knee joint. The goal is to find out if the injection can safely reduce pain and swelling, potentially offering a new treatment option for adults aged 40 to 80 with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. This could improve daily function and comfort for many patients.

The RESET Clinical Trial: SPRINT® Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for the Treatment of Back Pain

This study is examining a device called the SPRINT Peripheral Nerve Stimulation System to treat adults with low back pain. The device uses electrical signals to reduce pain and may help people who have not found relief using standard treatments. The trial is active but not recruiting, and results will be available after enrolling 230 participants across multiple U.S. sites.

Improving Health for Patients With Chronic LBP in Rural Communities Through Telerehabilitation

This trial is testing physical therapy delivered remotely through telerehabilitation for adults living in rural areas with chronic low back pain. By providing care over the internet, it may make treatment more accessible, reduce the need for travel, and help people stick with their therapy plans. The study is recruiting 434 participants in rural parts of the United States.
